who drinks to litres of water everyday? i find it hard to drink 1 litre also gave you got nice skin ?? im tryin to be healthy and get nice skin im eatin 5 portions or fruit n neg aswell. im 15 btw

Don't drown yersen m'luv, try evening primrose oil/starflower oil capsules, you can buy the mixtures from most supermarkets, they work a treat for yer skin, take it from me luv, I'm a proper pizza face wivout 'em !
