Anyone have Frugal Gourmet's Peanut Butter Pancakes recipe?

I am pretty sure this was in his "Cooks American" cookbook that I used to have but misplaced it. Please help. Thanks.

well i don't think this is the exact recipe that you are looking for but i still think that they are yummy!

Water 3/4 cup
Peanut butter 3/4 cup
Clarified butter 1 Tbsp.
Buttermilk pancake mix 1 cup
Confectioners??? sugar garnish
Chopped peanuts garnish

1. Whisk water into peanut butter and then stir in butter. Add pancake mix and whisk until lumps disappear; do not overmix.

2. Cook on 350F griddle until bubbles form on top. Flip and cook for a few more minutes.

3. To serve, garnish with confectioners??? sugar and chopped peanuts.
