my husband and I love trying new wines. We espcially enjoy cabs, and pinot noirs. Any suggestions of good red wines that cost around ten dollars?

Chile is the only place I go for cheep cabs, but quality always costs you with cab. Try a Carmenere from Chile, it may blow your mind. Also Spain kicks it hard in the under $20 range.
