Can I eat these fruits & vegitables raw?
Here is a list of fruits & vegitables that I want to eat raw everyday, I want to throw them In a blender & drink the shake.
Please tell me if any of these must be cooked in order to eat. Thank you.
List:
Apples
Barley
Strabwerrys
Bok Choy
Celery
Cucumbers
Egg Plant
Endive
Escarole
Kale
Pears
Romaine Lettuce
Snow Peas
Spinach
Tomatoes
Turnips
This is what I plan to drink every morning. some of these are obvious, like apples. I am aware that i can eat those raw, I just typed up my list for the shake, Also incase you are un-aware. Each of these fruits & vegi's are on the list of "THE Greatest Food for your skin" So maybe you might like to consider drinking a shake with some of these foods daily. Thank you very much.

You can eat all those raw, but you don't necessairly HAVE to have ALL of them at the same time.....You might want to make a "shake" or smoothie out of the fruits and either make chopped veggie salads or huge all vegetable (and leafy greens, like spinach, romaine lettuce etc) salads.....With this list, yeah, you'll have the clearest skin (might take some time to see the results) and you'll also have the cleanest colon in town.....If you eat that much roughage, you're gonna need bathroom facilities nearby.......Enjoy!!!

ADDENDUM: You can sprout the barley if it's fresh and use the barley sprouts in salads.......
Everything is fine raw, not sure about barley, though. I'd say cook the barley and have everything else raw. Good luck!
yes all are edible raw
All are okay to eat raw except the barley.
You need to cook that before eating it.
Yes everything is edible raw, however i would not recommend eating raw barley. Hope this helps.

mixing fruits and vegetables together can cause an upset stomach. although some people garnish a salad with cranberries or mandarin oranges and I haven't had any problem with that.
Apples- yep been eaten raw for a long time now
Barley- i doubt it...its brewed in beer, btw
Strabwerrys- yupp
Bok Choy- tastes better cooked and gets the nutrients out, but i guess its fine as long as you wash it good
Celery- yeah, but your shake is gonna be pretty grainy
Cucumbers- yeah, i guess itd be great in shakes, tho ive never tried it
Egg Plant- ....idk. its better cooked.
Endive- dont know what it is
Escarole- dont know what it is either
Kale- i suppose so
Pears-yupp
Romaine Lettuce- yeah
Snow Peas-yeah
Spinach- yeah, but if you want the nutrients, cook it
Tomatoes- best thing possible for you
Turnips- maybe, you want the spicy-ness
just be smart when choosing the combinations of fruits to veggies. try juicing. ; )
