I saw the article in Yahoo.com the lowly potatoe is making a come back. Great I love potatoes.
I like that artificial sour cream better than the real stuff and nuke a potatoe and put sour cream on it and that is a great dinner without anything else.
Potatoe salad with the mayo and pickles
