Dessert Recipe! URGENT!?
Help! My 17th birthday is tomorrow and to celebrate we are having a party in my Latin class. I'm bringing dessert and I've been frantically searching through my recipe cupboards and all the books I have (I may only be 17 but I have formulated several recipes and have catered 3 weddings) for peanut butter bars, but I haven't been able to find the recipe! It's been a long time since I've made them and I think the recipe may have been lost when we renovated the kitchen last summer.
They are peanut butter bars that have two layers. The bottom layer is the peanut-butter part and is almost fudgy. There's no bottom crust in it, just the peanut butter mixture and then chocolate is melted and poured over the top. I don't have the measurements for the ingredients or the list of the other ingredients. Help me please! Thanks so much in advance.
