I read the recipe at work but lost the bit of paper that i wrote the ingredients on, i know its double cream, vanilla pod, sugar and egg yolk but not sure of method or quantity's,

Also been trying to find vanilla pods today with no success neither Asda or Co Op have them !!! where could i get them from?

Have you tried Tesco for the vanilla pods?
