Ok...so I'm not an experienced "drinker"..

Friday night (2 days ago) I drank a whole bottle of 15% alcohol (Phillips Butter Ripple Schnapps)...

yesterday I felt like CRAP....I slept ALL day...had NO DESIRE for sunshine or being outside...

even after I ate at night my tummy still felt like gut rot...

And also today....when I got up my head was kinda weird...and even now its late at night and I've eaten today and drank water but there's kind of a pressure thing in my head...

is it possible to be hung over for 2 days str8t after drinking that whole bottle if I'm not a "big" drinker????

What are some of your stories ....??

I just wanna make sure its being hung over as opposed to something else

Alcohol can make you dehydrated so it's possible that's what you're experiencing. Push fluids like water and clear juices. If this lasts for another 24 hours I would see a Doctor because you may have alochol poisoning. If you get a low-grade fever or have night sweats, hot/cold flashes or bad headaches you will want to go to a ER or Urgent Care right away.

It's normal if you drink that much...especially being new to drinking. You gotta learn to drink to maintain a nice buzz rather than getting completely drunk...that way you're a LOT less hungover!

Drink plenty of water and eat some bread. Next time don't drink so much unless you want to end up feeling this way again. I had to learn that the hard way....lol
