it kind of tasted like ham. it looked like a square shaped piece of ham or meat, and i was hesitant to try it but it wasn't that bad actually. not somethine I would eat on a regular basis though.

Its really gross if you eat it plain and/or cold...
But if you put it in a noodle salad, or fry it and eat it with scrambled egs, then its pretty good.
