Make hard cooked eggs. Cool and peel. Slice in half. Scoop out the yolks and put in a bowl. Mash with a fork. Add some mayonnaise, yellow mustard, salt and pepper and a little pickle relish. Refill egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika. Yum.
Sue S has it perfect, if you want to be funny-- You can add food coloring to the yolk as you crush it up and mush it, it can be blue, green, whatever. Kids tend to enjoy. Some say to not put any relish, depending on one's taste.

just be careful with the salt
boiled eggs, cut in half. Drop the yolks into a gallon size ziplock. add whatever combo of ingredients you want. I like a little bacon crumbles, relish and fine chopped onion. Then I put 2 tbs of mayo (hellmans is the only brand we use) in the bag. Then you mush it up, mixing it well. then you cut one corner off the bag and squeeze it into the white halves. I do this so that I don't make a mess trying to fill the egg white halves or have them slip out of my hands. You can leave them on the plate and fill them up without getting the filling all over!
Curried Develed Eggs - Boil eggs, peel and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks into a bowl, add mayonaise, a little dry (Coleman's) mustard, salt, pepper, a few drops of vinagar and a pinch of curry powder. Blend well and return to the egg halves. Sprinkle with paprica and serve.
boil your eggs. cool, slice in half, and remove yolks to a bowl. mash the yolks, i use miracle whip, but regular mayo is fine. add your salt and pepper and 1/4 teaspoon of colemans dry mustard. the salt, pepper and dry mustard is to to your own taste. fill your egg whites, either by spoon or with a piping bag. sprinkle with paprika.
they call it deviled eggs because of the dry mustard. if you want to leave out the dry mustard than they are called stuffed eggs.
i can not tell you how often i have gone to parties and they have added either deviled ham or pickle relish. that is not a true deviled egg. in my opinion it taste bad.
sometimes i add stuffed olives or capers to the stuffed eggs. good luck
Same as your first answer.. but let the eggs cool after you boil them.. I like to add relish to mine along with mustard... But i dont know why the call them deviled.. sounds sinister to me.. LOL
