How do you make the sauce that you get with Gyro's?

Cucumber Sauce for Gyros

10 Cucumbers(peeled)
1 Small Yellow Onion
5 lb Sour Cream
2 ts Salt
1 ts Black Pepper
2 tb Parsley Flake
3 tb Dill Weed

Instructions:
Peel and finely dice the cucumbers. Dice the onion the same size. Mix with
the rest of the ingredients. Taste and let set overnight. Taste again and
make any neccessary adjustments.

I'm not familiar with a sauce on a gyro. All I've ever had on one is sour cream. Are you sure it's not just sour cream or have I been missing something? Hope someone knows, because I'd like to find out.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 small cucumber - peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
1 green onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Stir together the yogurt, sour cream, vinegar, lemon juice, cucumber, green onion, garlic, feta cheese, oregano, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl; cover and chill 8 hours or overnight before serving.
