Ok this sounds really weird but....why do they put sesmee seeds on some hot dogs buns? (sorry if I did a typo) Just wondering since I ate a hot dog today and the question went into my mind:D

The crunch of a sesame seed is really unique and its taste it a light nutty-ish one so it like enhances the bread or something

they also put like poppy seeds on too

I don't think they have any hot dog buns with seasme seeds on them. They have other buns, can't recall what exactly they are called, that are similar to hot dog buns. Some are just a tiny bit bigger and others are deffinately bigger. But some have used these other buns for hot dogs. I don't mind though, I like it.

um, some ppl like them. You can also get hamburger buns with sesame seeds as well, or poppy seeds, just adds a nice liittle crunch, texture and flavour to a plain bun.

Its another option for the buns, just like hamburger buns. They don't do anything for me, I like mine plain.
