Yes, I'm sure you can use your ice cream sandwiches in a milkshake recipe. Sort of like a cookies and cream kind of thing. You can also make a great ice cream pie with them. Place them in a single row, touching, in a baking dish. Top with your favorite hot fudge sauce. Top that with your favorite ice cream, softened. More hot fudge, chopped salted nuts and end the whole thing with a topping of whipping cream or cool whip. Cover and freeze for several hours.
