Is guacamole good for you?
There are some answers for your reference as below, you can choose your best answers

it depends on what you make the guacamole with, but the basic ingredients are very good for you!

avocados have good oils in them and vitamin e; the oils help your body process the e, too. i believe they have some c in them as well.

tomatoes have vitamin c as well.

onions are good for the heart.

so if you're not messing it up by adding refined sugar or any other harmful ingredients, guacamole is very good for you... and yummy too!

YES! My husband's doctor recommending eating avocados, to help lower cholesterol:) They've very high in GOOD cholesterol (like olive oil) ... The tomatoes, onion, salsa, cilantro, whatever are also very healthy for you.... (The CHIPS are another story though - lol. Try dipping peeled jicama into the guacamole instead of chips...or get baked chips)

NO!

yeah.

think about it...

is it made with anything thats bad for you?

i dont know what you put in urs, but avacados are good for you, and thats in all guacamole

Yes.

Unless it's been adulterated with sour cream, of course.

Authentic guacamole should not have sour cream.

Like anything else, it's how much of it you eat. Avacados are high in good fat, but it's still fat. It's a lot better than mayonnaise or sour cream based dips, it has more protien and vitamins.
