Stove Adjustment To Simmer?
My stove has a dial from 1 to 8.
If I want to simmer something, what should be the intensity, from 1 to 8, that I should adjust my dial ?
Thanks.
There are some answers for your reference as below, you can choose your best answers
Try a 2-3.
mine works well at 4 but all stovetops work differently....also the way your cookware conducts heat will make a difference.but start at the half way point(4) and adjust...
It will be about 2-3, but it depend on what you are cooking.
A simmer can range from the water barely moving to a active bubbling, like for pasta.
