What is vanilla bark?
There are some answers for your reference as below, you can choose your best answers

It is a candy...white chocolate with large almond pieces in a bar shape.

It is as Margaret A suggests or you can find it in stores under the name "Almond Bark". My purchase of Almond Bark is a sizeable piece of white chocolate (no nuts), formed into squares within the block. This can be broken into the squares and used to pour over pretzels, nuts, chex mix. Use a knife to spread on crackers or cookies, cool; put 2 together and dip in "chocolate bark"; cool; new cookie. I use the "bark" chopped and added to a cereal-nut mix which I munch off of for snack.

It's melted white chocolate with nuts in it. It's poured out when melted then cooled and broke apart before eating. At Christmas time you may see a lot of "peppermint" bark. Same thing only with crushed peppermint candy in it. There is even Rocky Road bark...dark or milk chocolate with marshmallows and peanuts. The list goes on and on. Candy "bark" is simply melted choclate with other things added to it, spread flat, cooled and then broken into pieces.

The others got it right on the nose!
