Where does energy come from? From the sugar. A can of Coke has more sugar (6 teaspoons aparently).

You may be after the caffeine which doesn't give you energy, it interupts your natural tendency to sleep. That's one of many, many effects. I like coffee more. It's cheaper. potentially stronger, and less sugary. To each their own. I never drink Caffeine after 4pm myself. Two cups and I feel wired. Three and I become a nervous wreck. Nowhere in the effects are anything to do with energy, unless you mean your heart starts racing? Either way, good stuff used in moderation at the right times.

red bull... i had alot of assignemnts the other day and i drank 3 cans, i stayed up all night and went to college the next day and then i came home without even going to sleep... i wasnt even tired...

BUT then when i woke up the next day i was so tired lol

i mean i thought about it where was that energy coming from it really was fu**ing up my body but hey, i got all my work done and teacher said its all good...

It's redbull! If you drink 3 cans of it a day you can end up having a heart atack, it's that strong and such an energy based drink. Facts show this as a man recently died due to it.

From experience, Monster has given me higher rushes. However, I think it is because I drink a lot more of it than that little can of Red Bull.
