b/c it's lean. I'm sorry I'm not trying to be rude, but that's honestly why. it's true it does leave you hungry, if not hungrier w/an even bigger craving for their food. If they really are trying to make their food be "Lean" then they have to serve the appropriate serving for the food item.

I know its hard to diet but just think of the cute clothes you can wear and how good you will feel after losing weight, i dont know if youre trying to diet or lose weight, but i am and I keep those things in mind, and always remember if you are trying to lose weight make sure you are doing it for yourself and no one else =]
