Why hot sauce will not freeze?
There are some answers for your reference as below, you can choose your best answers
it's salty and very acidic, but it can freeze at low enough temps (like -20 F)
hot sauce and salsas do freeze and very nicely too.
I put them in zip lock bags squeeze the air out and lay them flat on the freezer shelf. then when frozen you can stack them up.
It has a very high salt content which lowers the freezing point.
cuz it's hot hot hot....too hotttt to freeze!
