Baked Potatoes with Shredded Chicken French Style

Baked Potatoes with Shredded Chicken French Style.Easy and Quick, Tasty anyway.

 

Ingredients. SERVES 8

4 potatoes , halved lengthwise

2 pieces chicken fillet, shredded

2 1/2 tbsp single cream

30g chopped mozzarella cheese

Marinade (Shredded Chicken)

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp chicken powder

1/2 tsp mixed herbs

1 tsp oil

1 tsp minced garlic

50g mushroom

1/2 onion, shredded

Procedures

1. Shred the chicken fillet. Marinade for 30 minutes.

2. Boil potatoes for 20 minutes till cooked. Halve the potatoes lengthwise. Scoop

     out middle to form a boat container.

3. Heat frying panwith oil. Saute shredded chicken in marinade. Add single cream.

     Turn off heat.

4. Fill potatoes boats with the cooked mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheese. Bake at

    200 centigrade for 20-25 minutes. Serve.

 

Halve the potato, scoop out middle to make boat container.
