Curry Onion Mushroom Toast Recipes

Curry Onion Mushroom Toast Recipes. Crisp outside and tasty inside.

 

Ingredients. SERVES 8-10

1 baguette, cut into thick slices (about 10 slices)

1 1/2 onion, finely chopped

6 pieces of ham, shredded

30g mushroom slices

1 1/2 tbsp curry paste

20ml water

1 tbsp oil

10g chopped mozzarella cheese

Procedures

1. Cut the baguette into thick slices. Grill at 150 centigrade for 5 minutes until golden and crispy.

    Set aside.

2. Mix 20ml water with 1 1/2 tbsp curry paste to make curry sauce.

3. Heat frying pan with 1 tbsp of oil. Saute chopped onion, mushroom slices and shredded

    ham. Add curry sauce Simmer until sauce thicken. Turn off heat and set aside.

4. Arrange the baguette slices on the oven tray. Top with curry onion, mushroom and ham.

    Sprinkle choped chese on top. Bake at 250 centigrade for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve.

  

  Put ingredients on baguette. Lastly top with chopped cheese.
