French Toast with Apply Recipes

French Toast with Apply Recipes. Sweet and Crisp. Try to cook and enjoy it.

 

Ingredients (Toast). SERVES 6-8

3 thick slices white toast

4 eggs, beaten

2 tbsp milk

60g plain flour

strawberry slices, to garnish

Ingredients (Apple Sauce)

3 apples, cut into cubes

some unsalted butter

2 tbsp maple syrup

ground cinnamon to taste

Procedures

1. Rinse, peel and deseed the apples. Cut into cubes.

2. Heat the saucepan with butter. Add apple cubes and maple syrup. Sprinkle ground cinnamon.

    Stir constantly to avoid mixture from sticking to saucepan. Simmer at low heat for 25 minutes to

    make the browned apple sauce. Turn off the heat and let cool.

3. Beat the eggs. Add milk and mix well.

4. Cut the bread slices into 9 square small pieces. Coat with plain flour. Dip in beaten eggs.

5. Heat another saucepan with butter. Fry the bread pieces until both sides turn golden. Dish

    up and pour the apple sauce on top. Garnish with strawberry slices. Serve.
