Fried Chicken Kebabs Recipes

Fried Chicken Kebabs Recipes. Sweet-Sour and Savory.

 

Ingredients. SERVES 6-8

5 pieces chicken fillet, cut into cubes

2 green bell peppers, cut into wedges

1 eggplant, cut into wedges

1 onion, cut into wedges

5 tbsp oil

some bamboo skewers

Marinades

10 shallots, shredded

1 1/2 garlic, finely chopped

2 stalks scallion, finely chopped

1 onion, shredded

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp sugar

2 1/2 tbsp oil

180ml (1 bottle) teriyaki sauce

Procedures

1. Cut the chicken fillet into big cubes (1 piece chicken fillet is good for 9 cubes).

2. Mix well the marinades. Marinade the chicken cubes for 1 hour.

3. Soak the bamboo skewers in warm water. Thread chicken cubes, onion, green bell pepper

    and eggplant onto the skewers.

4. Fry the chicken kebabs until done. Serve with Thai sweet-sour sauce or Japanese eel sauce.

 

Thread chicken cubes, onion, peppers and eggplant onto the skewers.
