Nachos and Guacamole Millefeuilles Recipes

Nachos and Guacamole Millefeuilles Recipes. Special taste,a surprise for you.

 

Ingredients (9 pieces) SERVES 9

27 nacho chips

3 strawberries, halved

black olives, sliced

Guacamole (or bottled creamy guacamole)

1 1/2 avocado

40g chopped onion

10g chopped chili pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

45ml lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Procedures

1. Rinse, skin & deseed the avocado. Mash it.

2. Add chopped onion, chopped chili pepper, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt & pepper .

    Mix well to make guacamole.

3. Spread some guacamole on the nacho and lay another piece of nacho on top.

     Repeat the process 2 layers. Garnish with 1/2 strawberry and black olive slice.

4. Repeat the above steps with the remaining ingredients. about 9 pieces. Serve.
