Pitta Bread with Mushrooms Recipes

Pitta Bread with Mushrooms Recipes.Tasty and nourishing. It's really worth a try.

 

Ingredients. SERVES 4

1 pack pitta pocket bread , halved

1/4 lettuce, sliced

1 tomato, sliced

1 pack button mushroom, shredded

10 fresh mushrooms , shredded

6 oyster mushrooms, shredded

1 onion , shredded

3 string pea, cut into 3 sections each

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp crushed black pepper

30g butter

Sauce

2 tbsp pasta sauce

1 1/2  tbsp single cream

Procedures

1. Heat frying pan with butter. Saute shredded onion and crushed black pepper.

2. Add string pea, lettuce slices, tomato slices and shredded button mushroom,

    fresh mushroom and oyster mushroom. Stir fry for a while.

3. Add pasta sauce, single cream and salt. Stir fry until sauce thicken. Turn off

    heat and set aside.

4. Cut each pitta pocket bread in half. Put in lettuce slices and tomato slices. Fit

     with the fried mushroom mixture. Serve.
