Simple Tuna Melt

Source:  Editor:  Read:

Ahh, the simple pleasures of a tuna-melt.  I like high-end fussy food a lot of the time, but there are times that I enjoy a good old fashioned tuna-melt.  So sue me.

Recipe By:
Serving Size: 2
Cuisine: American
Main Ingredient: Tuna
Categories: Quick, Broil, Lunch, Brunch

-= Ingredients =-
1 can (12 oz) Tuna
3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
4 slices Whole wheat bread
4 slices American Cheese

-= Instructions =-
Preheat the broiler.

Toast the bread in a toaster.  (Toasting ahead of time makes the bread crunchy.)

Mix the mayonnaise and tuna to your taste.  Spread on the bread, open-faced.  Broil 3-4 inches under the broiler for 3-4 minutes.  Watch carefully, and take it out before it turns black.  Delicious!
