Jello poke cake
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 3 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1 pkg. raspberry jello
Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, water
and oil in a large mixer bowl and blend until
well mixed. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into a greased and floured 13x9 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Do not
underbake. Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
Dissolve gelatin as directed on the package.
Poke holes in the cake with a fork and pour
the warm mixture over the cake. Chill the
cake for 4 hours. Spread prepared whipped
cream topping all over the cake and keep
refrigerated until ready to serve.
