Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 cup light cream
salt and pepper, to taste
1 pound shelled cooked shrimp, chopped
cracker crumbs
butter

Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped ripe olives
1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Directions

2. Roll cakes in cracker crumbs and saute in butter. Serve with sauce.

3. Sauce: Combine sauce ingredients and chill.
