Peach Glazed Chicken Recipes

Ingredients. SERVES 4

Cooking spray
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 pound chicken breast tenders
1/2 cup peach preserves
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 green onion, chopped
1/4  teaspoon pepper

Directions

1. Coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray.

2. Add oil and place over medium-high heat until hot.

3. Add chicken and sauté 5 minutes on each side or until done.

4. Remove chicken, set aside, keep warm.
