Recipes for Egg White, Beef and Spinach Soup

Ingredients:

(1)
1/8 t. salt
1 t. cornstarch

(2)
5 c. water
1 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper

(3)
2 T. cornstarch
2 T. water

(4) 75 g. beef
(4) 100 g. spinach
(6) 1 egg white
(7) 1 t. minced ham
 
 
DIRECTIONS:

Cut beef against veins into 0.5''X0.5'' pieces. Add (1) and mix well. Dip spinach in warm water until soft and then chop it. Beat egg whites until white and fluffy.

Boil (2). Add and stir fry beef, spinach and (3). Add egg white. Boil the mixture until boiling. Pour into a bowl. Add minced ham. Now It is ready to serve!
