Stewing Chicken and Celery Cabbage Soup Recipes. Salt and Fresh taste.

Health reminder:

1. Do not eat chicken with pheasant,tortoise,carp,crucian,rabbit meat, shrimp, scallion and garlic together.

2. It's poisonous if eat chicken with sesame and mum.

Ingredients

500g old chicken

1000g celery cabbage, diced

7g ginger (Do not minced)

7g scallion (Do not minced)

Seasonings

15g salt

7g wine

3g monosodium glutamate

1g pepper

Procedures

1. Rinse the celery cabbage, diced.

2. Rinse the old chicken, cook in hot water for a while. Fish up and drain. Rinse.

3. Strain the stock of chicken broth with a seive, discard. Cook the chicken with a

     stockpot, add whole giner and scallion. Turn to minium heat after boiling. Add

     the celery cabbage and seasonings when chicken stewing well. Discard ginger

     and scallion. Taste and serve.

Procedures reminder:

Old chicken is best choice . It is more tasty if cook with a casserole.
