** HOW TO SHAPE MAMA CARRIE

1.Roll out the dough between two plastic sheets to a 5mm thickness.

2.Cut it with 5cm round cutter and place it onto the tray lined with baking paper.

3.Let it cool and then pipe the topping on top.

4.Pipe some melted chocolate on cookie and using cocktail stick to make marbel lining.
