Devilish angel dessert

1    small angel food cake
2    pkgs. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
2    tbsp. sugar
3    eggs, separated
2    cups heavy cream, whipped

     Melt chocolate in double boiler, add sugar
and well beaten egg yolks.  Mix well.  Remove
from heat and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Cool and then fold in the whipped cream.  Tear
the angel food cake into bite size pieces and
sprinkle a layer of cake pieces in a buttered
9x13 pan using about 1/2 of the cake.  Cover the
pieces with a thick layer of the chocolate
mixture.  Do this until all cake pieces and
cream mixture have been used up.  Chill
overnight and cut into squares and serve.
