Fruit freeze

     This recipe is from a special friend.  We
have never met but we kind of share the
same young man--her son and my dear
friend, Dan Bolton, editor, Lompoc Record.
Now this recipe comes from Lucy Bolton of
Warrensbur, MO.  As Lucy says, "From
spring until fall, this is in the Bolton freezer".
Try it and it will become a favorite of
yours too.

13   oz. can crushed pineapple, juice and all
2    cups ginger ale
1    cup sugar
1    16 oz. pkg. frozen mixed fruit
1    16 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
2-3  bananas

     Cut frozen fruit in bite sized pieces.  Mix
all ingredients together and freeze.  Thaw
until slushy to serve.

     Special note.....for company or for a pot
luck, freeze this in muffin tins with foil liners.
