No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies Recipes
Ingredients
1 stick butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. oats
Directions
1. Boil butter, cocoa, milk, sugar, vanilla and peanut butter for 1 minute.
2. Add oats and mix well. Spoon out onto wax paper.
3. Important: Boil 1 minute ONLY! Turn off. Then add oats. Scoop asap on wax paper.
Boiling longer will result in sticky soft cookie. Use Butter not margerine.
