1 pear, peeled, cored, cut in chunks
1/2 cup 1% milk
1/4 cup Egg Beaters or other egg substitute
1 tsp brown sugar
large pinch cinnamon
2 ice cubes, cracked

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend at high speed for 15 seconds.
