Raisin Cookies Recipes

Raisin Cookies Recipes. Crispy and fragrant, easy to cook and shape as you desire.
Ingredients. SERVES 8-10
200g plain flour
150g butter , finely chopped
150g sugar
60g raisin
some corn chips
1 egg, beaten
Procedures
1. Preheat oven at 190 centigrade.
2. Beat the egg. Set aside.
3. Sift the flour into a large bowl. Add in butter and sugar. Knead the mixture to breadcrumbs
texture. Add raisin, corn chips and beaten egg. Knead till it become dough (may add some
water if needed).
4. Press the dough 1/2 cm thickness. Mold to desired shapes.
5. Arrange the molded dough on the greased baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
Cool. Serve.
