Ingredients. SERVES 1

1 apple

1 green apple

60ml apple juice

20ml honey

20ml coconut milk

15ml lemon juice

some crushed ice

Procedures

1.Rinse, peel and deseed the apple. Rinse, peel and cut the green apple into wedges.

2. Put all the ingredients (except ice) into food processor. Blend to milk shake texture.

3. Put ice into a glass. Pour in the blended mixture. Serve.
