Ingredients. SERVES 4

650g spaghetti

250g pasa sauce

1/4 green bell pepper, shredded

15g mushroom

2 pieces ham, shredded

1/4 onion, shredded

2 tsp basil

30g butter

Seasoning

1 tsp salt

1 tsp chicken powder

2 tsp sugar

Procedures

1. Boil the spaghetti in salt water. Dish up and drain.

2. Heat frying pan with butter. Saute shredded onion, green bell pepper, mushroom and ham.

3. Add spaghetti. Fry with medium heat for a while. Season with salt and chicken powder.

4. Add pasta sauce and sugar. Stir fry. Sprinkle basil. Dish up and serve.
