Lazy stew casserole
Carol Borden of Upland sent in this recipe
because she uses it on a busy day and says
that her family loves it.
1 lb. stew meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 potatoes, halved
2 onions, halved
1 stalk celery, cut in pieces
green pepper, cut bite size
Place stew meat into small roaster and
pepper to taste. Add the vegetables and pour
soup over all. Cover and bake at 325 degrees
for 3 hours. The meat will be brown and the
gravy is ready. Any fresh vegetable of your
choice can be used or added. Use no salt.
