Oil fried potatoes
6 medium potatoes
1 stick margarine
salt, pepper and garlic salt
Cube potatoes. Slice margarine over
potatoess, add seasonings to taste. Wrap in
double layers of foil. Place on grill or in oven.
Cook at least 1 hour, turning occasionally. If
desired, you can sprinkle with grated cheese
or bacon pieces or green onions.
