Ingredients. SERVES 8

7 apples, cut into wedges

2 green apples, cut into wedges

4 hard bolied eggs, quartered

some dried raisin

Salad Dressing

2 tbsp honey

8 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp mustard

Procedures

1. Rinse apples. Cut into wedges. Boil and shell the eggs. Cut into wedges.

2. Put aple wedges, egg wedges and dried raisin into a salad bowl.

3. Mix well the salad dressing ingredients. Pour on the salad bowl. Toss well and serve.
