Rhubarb salad recipes

Rhubarb salad

3     cups rhubarb, finely chopped
1/2   cup sugar
1/4   tsp. salt
1/3   cup water
2     3 oz. pkgs. strawberry gelatin
1     cup fine chopped celery
2 1/2 cups water
1     tbsp. lemon juice
1/2   cup chopped nuts

     Combine rhubarb, sugar, salt and water
in saucepan and cook over moderate heat
about 5 minutes.  Add remaining ingredients
and stir until gelatin is dissolved.  Pour into
mold and chill until firm.
